# Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-21. These terms cover your use of webmcp.fast, operated by Proticom. By creating an account you agree to them.

## The service

webmcp.fast relays Model Context Protocol messages between agent harnesses you authorize and MCP servers running on devices you pair. It is a relay. It does not supply the servers, the tools or the agents, and it is not responsible for what they do.

## Your account

You sign in with an email address you control. One free handle per person. You are responsible for the devices you pair, the servers you attach to them, and the agents you approve. Treat a connector token like a password, and revoke anything you no longer use from the dashboard.

## What you expose is your decision

Attaching a server makes its tools callable by the agents you approve. Think about what those tools can do before you approve an agent, particularly tools that write files, run code or spend money. You can disable or remove a server, revoke a device, or disconnect an agent at any time, and it takes effect at once.

## Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or probe other people's systems, to distribute malware, to send spam, or to relay traffic for anything other than MCP. Do not try to reach another person's handle, farm free handles, or get around the limits of your plan. We may suspend a handle that is being used to cause harm.

## Free tier and limits

The free tier is 1 handle, 1 device, 1 server and 1 connector, with rate limits to prevent abuse. It is offered without charge and may change. A paid tier is planned and not yet available. See [pricing](https://webmcp.fast/pricing). Handles on the free tier that stay offline for 60 days may be released.

## Availability and warranty

The service is new and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may be interrupted, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, Proticom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including anything a tool does on your machine at an agent's request.

## Open source

The daemon is open source under the Apache-2.0 licence (https://github.com/proticom/webmcp), which governs your use of that code.

## Ending

You may stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
